The top three items are all surveys done within a one hour period of time starting at about 10:30PM.
The Trial Pay survey can be found here. The survey I took was Samlicious.us and took about 15 minutes.
The other two surveys were from the regular Trusted Surveys section.
I'm not sure what the "Other: 2 Point Conversion Promo" is...but I read something about it on the Facebook page and it seems that most everyone has this today. I think it's back points for something I'm unaware of.
